With a new management team, we have ambitious growth targets for which we are looking for a Sales Development Representative at the Berlin location as soon as possible.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the sales management from our office in Berlin at Potsdamer Platz and have the unique opportunity to significantly influence the development of the sales organization and the achievement of the company's goals.

Tasks

🎯 What you will contribute

  • You will become a valuable part of our sales team and contribute significantly to the success of HBC with your work
  • You will be responsible for the initial approach of potential customers via phone, social media and email
  • You qualify customers, convince them of our solution and coordinate meetings or calls between the (potential) customers and our account executives.
  • Via social business media (XING / LinkedIn) you identify the right contacts, prepare address and contact data and maintain our CRM system
  • You develop and test new approaches and measures for outbound lead generation
