With a new management team, we have ambitious goals for which we are looking for an Operations Manager at our Hanover location.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing HBC's operational processes across all business units. As such, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's success by ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Tasks

🎯 What you will contribute

  • Further development and optimization of all HBC business processes
  • Implementation and realization of new processes and standards in the operational business
  • Continuous, systematic evaluation of our processes and their implementation
  • Management of frequently cross-functional project work related to process management
  • Providing technical advice to and assistance to local operational teams on process implementation

Qualifications

  • Completed (technical) university studies in facility management or a technical or commercial discipline
  • Several years of practical experience in process management, ideally in facility management, cleaning or comparable industries.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality coupled with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong motivation to develop and test new approaches to continuously improve our service quality
  • Project-related willingness to travel within Germany
  • Confident with Google Suite and willingness to learn and use other software solutions
  • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented action
